  1. Quanzen is a well-established Sales Representation company based in Pune. We represent several global new technology automotive supplier companies from Europe, Japan and USA to promote and sell their products to the Automotive Industry in India.
    Our Supplier partners have leading edge technologies and are Global Leaders in their fields.
    The Quanzen leadership team comprises of seasoned professionals, with over 30 Years of industry experience. Due to rapid growth in its business, Quanzen is now expanding its team.
  2. Position: Manager / Deputy Sales Manager
  3. Qualification: Graduate Engineer
  4. Experience:
    5-6 years in Sales of products / technologies, preferably in Automotive industry.
    Experience in dealing with senior persons in the OEMs and Tier1s.
    Experience in B2B selling in Electric Vehicles / Auto components will be an added advantage.
  5. Other requirements:
    Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Pune.
    Must have a focussed, proactive, aggressive Sales attitude, with proven track record.
    High proficiency in English is important, as he will have to deal regularly and effectively with our foreign Teams.
  6. Brief Job Description: (Pan-India responsibility)
    Set & achieve Quarterly targets for Enquiry generation, quotations and new business orders.
    Make regular customer visits for maintaining excellent relations, capturing requirements, market & competitive intelligence.
    Support management in sales promotion activities like exhibitions, seminars, web-based promotions etc
    Should be able to help in making strategies for organic and inorganic growth.
  7. Salary Range: Commensurate with best industry standard for the right candidate.
